Our Kaizen Judo Boot Camp program is designed to take your judo training to the next level, both mentally and physically. We build world
class judokas and confident go getters who excel in every aspect of life!
Classes are broken down into, warm ups, judo conditioning combined with techniques, speed drills, hard core dummy training as well as
resistance training.
Each of these Kaizen specific designed workouts give judokas
a more well-rounded basic conditioning and cardio for competing int he tournaments.
Most MMA Boot Camp programs teach one form of martial arts, one form of boxing/kickboxing and Brazilian judo and jiu-jitsu.
If you want to
be a Judo competitor or just want to increase your stamina or bring your phisical abilities to the next level while practising Judo techniques,
this program will do it for you like no other.
